Allan Carter, age 65, of 561 Willimon Drive, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at the Laurens County Hospice House.
He was born in Polk County, GA and was a son of the late Isaac and Louise Ferguson Carter.
Mr. Carter was retired from Alice Manufacturing of Easley. He was a US Marine Corp Veteran of the Vietnam War, and a Purple Heart Recipient.
He is survived by his niece, Betty Jo South of Joanna and his nephew, Sidney Carter of Joanna.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, December 14th at 11 AM at Rosemont Cemetery with Military Honors.
