Ada S. Crowe age 79, of 2555 Kinard Street, died Wednesday, March 17, 2010.
She was born in Newberry and retired from working in textiles and was a member of Clinton Road Wesleyan Church.
Mrs. Crowe is survived by a son, Richard K. Lawson of North Carolina; two daughters, Judy Prather of Mountville and Marilyn Hopkins of Cross Hill;
twenty-one grandchildren; and twenty-five great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by two sons, Jerry Lawson and Connie Lawson; two daughters, Sheila Crowe and Shirley Lawson; two brothers, Roy Silvers and Harley Silvers; and two sisters, Edna Melton and Maybelle Rochester.
Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, March 20th at 11:00 a.m. in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will be at the home of her daughter Judy Prather at 1053 Garlington Road in Mountville.
