Allen Patterson

Allen Patterson, age 37, passed away October 28, 2019 in Columbia.
He was born in Greenwood, SC and is the son of Debbie Lawson of Clinton and Dickie Patterson of Laurens. Mr. Patterson was an avid reader and race fan.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his brother, Andrew Patterson (Patsy) of Clinton; his grandfather, Sam Lawson of Clinton; his nephew, Jack Patterson; and his many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He is predeceased by his maternal grandmother, Sandra Lawson and his paternal grandparents, Ernest V. Patterson and Mary Patterson.
Funeral services will be held Friday, November 1, 2019 at 12 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton, with interment to take place at Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11 AM to 12 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to Gray Funeral Home, P.O. Box 125 Clinton, SC 29325 to assist with funeral expenses.
