Allyson Taylor Greenway, age 17, of 1309 Broom Street died Monday, April 15, 2013 at her home.
She was born in Chester and was the daughter of James Stacy and Marilyn Lynn Chapman Greenway of the home.
Allyson was a student at the Whitmire Community School, attended the First Baptist Church, played tennis and played in the school band.
She is also survived by a daughter, Ashton Nicole Greenway of the home; a sister, Melissa Eden Greenway of the home; grandparents, Linda and Leon Taylor of Whitmire, Paul Owens of Laurens; great grandmother, Margaret Crosby of Whitmire.
She was predeceased by a grandmother, Maxine Abercrombie.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 4:00 p.m. in the Whitmire First Baptist Church with interment in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the First Baptist Church.
The family will be at the home of her grandmother, Linda Taylor 1730 Hwy. 66, Whitmire.
