Ann T. Snider, age 65, of 183 Wuthering Heights Rd. died Friday, November 9, 2012 in the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Clinton and was the daughter of the late Colie and Geneva Stone Turner.
Mrs. Snider retired from Presbyterian Home after 35 years of service. She started her employment in 1977 in Housekeeping, followed by Nursing Assistant, Supervisor over the Nursing Department, Assistant Administrator and finally in 2010 retiring as Administrator. Awards included 2009 Administrator of the Year for the Upstate of S.C.
Mrs. Snider was also of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband, Donald E. Snider of the home; daughter Tammy S. Wigley and husband Todd of Mountville; grandson, Justin Tumblin; two brothers, James Turner and wife, Vickie of Greenwood and Marion Turner and wife, Shirley of Clinton.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday at 2:00 p.m. in the Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
