Annie Craine Kirk

May 12, 1929 — August 11, 2021

Annie Craine Kirk, age 92, of Laurens, departed this world and stepped into Heaven Wednesday, August 11, 2021, surrounded by all of her family and a very special and loving friend, Mable Turner.
She was born May 12, 1929 in Laurens and was a daughter of the late Clarence and the late May Johnson Craine.
Annie will always be remembered as being an avid Elvis fan and for always making people feel at home. Anyone was welcome to come sit at the table and laugh, and if you were lucky, she would offer you some of her peanut butter cake and a cup of coffee.
Annie is survived by her son, Billy Davis (Guynelle), her granddaughter, Mikki Moody (Jim); great-granddaughter, Victoria Anderson (Randy); great-grandson, Damian Moody; her sister, Margie Townsend; step-son, Mike Kirk (Renee); daughter-in-law, Susie Davis; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Johnny Davis, and her sister, Sara Montgomery.
Funeral Services will be held Monday, August 16, 2021 at 12 PM, at Welcome Baptist Church with Rev. Kendall Gilliam and Rev. Don Peake officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church prior to the service from 11AM-12PM.
