Barbara Dickey Crowder

June 18, 1927 — February 17, 2010

Barbara Dickey Crowder age 82 of 6203 Mountville Road, died Wednesday, February 17, 2010 in the Hospice House in Greenwood.
She was born in Clinton and was a daughter of the late Charley and Mattie B. Milam Dickey. She was retired from the Blalock Plant in Joanna and was a member of Little River Dominick Church.
Mrs. Crowder is survived by her husband, W. Marion Crowder of the home; a son, William Larry Crowder and wife, Sheila of Greenwood; three daughters, Barbara Virginia (Ginny) Crowder, Mary Beth Cockrell and husband, Johnny, and Julie Yochem and husband, Gary, all of Mountville; a sister, Essie Mae Epting of Joanna; eight grandchildren, Heidi, Leann, T.J., Claire, Clayton, Susan, Carla and Bryan; and ten great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, Charley B. Dickey; and four sisters, Elizabeth Dickey, Jeanette Bedenbaugh, Elise Cromer, and Vada Livingston.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, February 20th at 11:00 a.m. at the Little River Dominick Church with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
