Barbara (Bobbie) S. Allen, age 67 of 3975 Hurricane Church Road, Clinton, SC died Tuesday, June 8, 2010, in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Charleston , SC and was a daughter of the late Earl S. and Joycelyn Elton Smith.
She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, James David Allen of the home, one son, Tripp Allen and wife, Kim of Milledgeville, GA, two daughters, Wendy Allen White and husband, Don and Michelle Allen Womble and husband, Stan all of Clinton; two sisters, Patricia Lubinski and husband, Bob of Mims, FL, and Jo-Ann Mattey and husband, Jack of Cocoa, FL; five grandchildren, Allie White, Luke White, Naomi Womble, J. D. Allen and Wyatt Allen.
A private service will be held for the family.
The family will receive friends, Friday, June 11, 2010, at 3:00 p.m. in Pinelawn Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel, Clinton, SC.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, Great Commission Fund, P.O. Box 95, Clinton, SC 29325.
