Our loving mother, Bettie Jo Frick, was the wife of the late Ralph (Red) Frick. Bettie Jo passed away on April 20, 2013 at North Greenville Medical Hospital in Travelers Rest.
Bettie Jo was the daughter of the late Reuben and Lola Mae Overstreet.
Bettie Jo was an employee of the Laurens Shirt Plant and C & T Manufacturing and was a member of the Lydia Mill Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Bettie Jo was the mother of Rachel (David) Frick Best, of Easley, and Sara (Mike) Frick Kitchens, of Whitmire; Boyce (Rock) Jan Overstreet of Laurens, and Eddie (Christina) Frick of West Columbia. Bettie Jo was the sister of Jim Overstreet, Henry Overstreet, and Doug Overstreet, all of Clinton, and Mattie Overstreet Dean, of Ware Shoals. Bettie Jo was the loving grandmother of thirteen grandchildren, and the loving great grandmother of eight great grandchildren.
Bettie Jo was predeceased by a daughter, Nancy (Frick) Gunter; a son, David Frick; and a sister, Virginia Overstreet Baker.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home in Clinton.
Funeral Services will be conducted at Lydia Mill Pentecostal Holiness Church on Tuesday, April 23rd, at 3:00 p.m. by Rev. Tony Irby with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
