Betty Jean Starnes Pearson

Betty Jean Pearson, age 64 of 511 Curry Lake Rd., died Thursday, November 17, 2011 at her home.
She was born in Laurens, SC and was a daughter of the late Claude and Ruby DeKetler Starnes.
She was a home maker and member of the Eastern Star, Mary Pinckney Ouzts Chapter.
Surviving are two sons, Billy Joe Pearson of Simpsonville, Fred Alvin Pearson, Jr. of Greenwood; one daughter, Betty Pearson of Simpsonville; two brothers, James Starnes of Laurens and Cecil Starnes of Simpsonville; one sister, Nancy (King) Davis of Gray Court and eight grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, Nov. 21st at 4:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home of Laurens.
