Betty Son O'Shields Reames

Betty Son O’Shields Reames, age 76 of 107 Reames Dr. died Monday, June 18th at her home.
She was born in Lexington County and was a daughter of the late Euston N. and Mamie Lee Shealy Son.
Mrs. Reames was retired from Greenwood Mills and was a member of the Lydia Mill Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving are four sons, Allen B. O’Shields of Whitmire, Bobby Joe O’Shields, Billy O’Shields, Buck O’Shields all of Joanna; one brother, Johnny Newell of Little Mountain; four sisters, Qiuda Bearden of Little Mountain, Martha Smith of Dalton, GA, Annie Stoudimire of Chapin, Darlene Mason of Little Mountain; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; two step children and four step grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Allen Barron O’Shields, also her second husband, Billy Reames and a brother, J.D. Son.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, June 20th at 3:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton with burial in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
