Billy “Big Billy” Brotherton, Jr, age 53, of 310 Davidson Street, passed away Monday, January 5, 2015, at his home.
He was born in Whitmire and was the son of Patricia Cox Brotherton and the late Billy Brotherton, Sr.
Billy was a member of Davidson Street Baptist Church.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sons, Branden Brotherton of Greenville and Billy Lingerfelt (Michelle) of Clinton; his step-daughters, Dixie Beahan and Lisa Lockridge; his brother, Chris Brotherton, and his granddaughter, Ciara Lingerfelt.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 9th at 12:00 PM at Davidson Street Baptist Church with burial in Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening, from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Davidson Street Baptist Church, 400 Davidson Street, Clinton, SC 29325.
