Bobby Ray Anthony, Sr.

Bobby Ray Anthony, Sr. age 65, of 2095 Hwy. 72 W. died Sunday, March 26th at his home.
He was born in Ripley, Mississippi and was the son of the late Alvin Stewart and Willie A. Andrews Anthony.
Mr. Anthony was retired from Clinton Mills and was a member of the Lydia Mill Church of God.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey Irene Anthony of the home, one daughter, Sherry Grooms of Gray Court; two sons, Jackie Anthony of Cross Hill and Bobby Anthony, Jr. of Ninety-Six; a step-son, Edward Bolick of Gray Court; one adopted son, Michael Merideth of Waterloo; five granddaughters and five grandsons; two sisters, Betty Jean Bright of Potts Camp, MS and Barbara Delong of Water Valley, MS.
He was predeceased by two sisters, Kathaleen Ponder and Doris Anthony Lee and four brothers, Cecil Anthony, Wayne Anthony, John Anthony, Junior Anthony and B. F. Anthony.
Funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. in the Lydia Church of God with interment in the Forest Lawn East Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday for 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
