B. (Pete) Jeanette Nelson, age 80, of 1665 Little Egypt Road died Saturday, December 8, 2012, in the White Oak Manor in Newberry.
She was born in Moncks Corner and was the daughter of the late Walter and Annie Navy. Mrs. Nelson retired from Union Carbide and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Nelson of Columbia; two sons, Bob L. Nelson, Jr., of Whitmire and Michael Nelson of Greenwood; a sister, Libby Plymale, of Roanoke, Virginia; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Graveside services will be conducted Monday, December 10, at 2:00 p.m., at the Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
