Brenda Austin Jenkins, age 75, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the J.F. Nursing home in Newberry, SC.
She was born July 24, 1945 in Clinton, SC and was a daughter of the late Leslie Austin and Venie Smart Austin.
Mrs. Jenkins is survived by her husband, Elmer Oxner Jenkins, Sr. of the home; her daughter, Lynn Jenkins Templeton (Jo) of Whitmire, SC; her granddaughter, Taylor Jenkins of Whitmire, SC; her grandson, Austin Hendrix..
In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her son, Elmer Oxner Jenkins, Jr., her brothers, Harold Austin and Bruce Austin; and her sister, Erline Mitchum.
Graveside Service will be Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 3 PM at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service at Gray Funeral Home of Clinton from 1 to 3 PM.
