Brenda Tankersley Maness, age 71, formerly of Whitmire and widow of Larry Maness, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Hospice Care of Piedmont.
She was born in Whitmire and was a daughter of the late Chester and Louise Jennings Tankersley.
She was a member of New Market Baptist Church of Greenwood.
She is survived by her son, Lane D.A. Maness (Kelli) of Fountain Inn; her sister, Elaine Gaffney of Greenwood; her granddaughter, Katelyn Elizabeth Maness; her niece, Sabrina Gaffney, her great-niece Ashlee Gaffney and her great-great nephew, Kyler Gaffney.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 28th at 3:30 PM at Whitmire Cemetery.
