Bruce Franks, age 58, passed Tuesday, September 26, 2023 at the Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 13, 1965 in Laurens, SC and was the son of Don B. Franks, Sr. (Jan Harrison Franks) and the late Carol Tumblin Franks. Bruce retired as Captain from the Laurens City Fire Department. He also held several part time jobs, including, NAPA, Wynn Enterprises, the Hub Restaurant, as well as catering. Bruce enjoyed cooking for various events, especially for his family and friends.
In addition to his father and stepmother, he is survived by his sister, Ann Landers; his nephew, Cody Landers (Allison); his great-niece, Charlie Landers, who he spoiled; and his stepsister, Shannon Fanning.

Gray Funeral Home of Laurens is assisting the Franks Family with services.
