Burrell L. Young, age 78, of 2717 Lisbon Rd. died Sunday, February 17, 2013 at the Hospice Care of the Piedmont.
Mr. Young was the son of the late Frank Earl and Clara Abercrombie Young and was retired from the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Liars Club of McDonalds.
Mr. Young is survived by two daughters, Ramona Welsh and husband James, and Nancy Parker, both of Mountville, a sister, Linda Young Harbin of Laurens, as well as four grandchildren, Victoria Welsh Griffin, Austin Bell, Matt Welsh, and Jadie Parker.
A memorial service will be conducted on Thursday, February 21st at 6:00 p.m. at the Mountville Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
