Butler R. “Butch” Peay, age 67 of 202 Washington Street, died Monday, May 29, 2011 at his home
He was born in Whitmire and was a son of the late Davis Harold and Mildred Doris Lee Peay.
Mr. Peay was retired from J. P. Stevens Co. in Watts Mill, Laurens, SC.
Surviving are two daughters, Paula Peay Dominick and husband, Bobby R. and Pamela Peay Cromer and husband, Andy all of Whitmire; four grandchildren,
Ashleigh Dominick, Matthew Dominick, Andrew Cromer and Kristen Cromer and a sister, Sandra Jean Peay of Whitmire.
He was predeceased by his wife, Tana “Jodi” Peay, his parents, and a sister, Juanita P. Lewis.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. in the Heritage Wesleyan Church with burial in Whitmire Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Church.
The family will be at the home of his daughter, Paula Dominick, 9922 Jalapa Road , Whitmire, SC .
