Callie (Junior) Langston Jr.

Callie (Junior) Langston, Jr., age 83 of 1113 West Main St. passed away Saturday, Sept.7th at the Laurens County Hospice House in Clinton.
He was born in Laurens County and was a son of the late Callie John Langston, Sr. and the late Mildred Nelson Langston.
Mr. Langston retired from the Laurens Glass Plant and was a member and former Deacon of the First Assembly of God in Laurens.
Surviving are his wife, Shirley D. Langston of the home; one son, Johnny Langston and wife, Cynthia of Laurens; one daughter, Lillian Langston of Gray Court; two sisters, Ruby Eubanks and Gladys Beck both of Laurens; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, Sept. 9th at 5:30 P.M. at the First Assembly of God in Laurens by Rev. James Owens with burial in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends an hour before the funeral service in the church sanctuary beginning at 4:30 P.M.
