Cara D. (Fronnie) Parker, age 84, of 602 Fleming St. and widow of Rev. R.D. Parker died Monday, March 30, 2009 in the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Belton and was the daughter of the late Ithemer and Beulah Adams Davis.
Mrs. Parker was a member of the First Assembly of God Church where she was supportive in the ministry of her late husband.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Robert Terry and Alma Parker, Sr. of Laurens; a daughter and son-in-law, Joyce P. and Cecil Snow of Laurens; two sisters, Rachael Lollis and husband, Dan of Honea Path and Dorothy Lollis of the late J.C. Lollis of Joanna; 5 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the First Assembly of God Church with interment at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
