Carl Lamar "Chub" Moore

Carl Lamar “Chub” Moore, age 51 of 147 A. D. Drive died Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at his home.
He was born in Asheville, NC and was the son of Barbara Brown Moore of the home and the late Curtis Melvin Moore, Sr.
Mr. Moore was a former construction worker and a member of Local 421.
In addition to his mother, he is also survived by a son, Jamie Ray Hill of Little Mountain; a nephew, Brandon Moore of Laurens; a brother, Curtis Melvin Moore, Jr. of Laurens; a sister, Susan Epps and her husband, Randy of Laurens.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Arthur D. and Maggie K. Brown.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the Bellview Baptist Church with interment in the Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 2:00 to 3:00 at the church.
The family will be at the home of his sister, Susan Epps, 51 A. D. Drive, Laurens.
