Carolyn Joyce Mize Pace

Carolyn Joyce Pace, age 80, formerly of 18860 Whitmire Hwy. and widow of Ronald F. Pace and Marshall Daniel Webb, Sr. died Sunday, October 4, 2009 in the National HealthCare of Laurens.
She was born in Thomaston, GA and was a daughter of the late John Thomas and Mary Dunnahoo Mize.
Mrs. Pace was a homemaker and was a member of the Lydia Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Rudy Webb of Greenwood and Brian Pace of Clinton; a daughter, Debbie Bailey of Clinton; sisters, Martha Jean Patterson of Greenwood, Barbara Shelton, Frances Boley and Joanne Mize all of NC and Janice Daly of Chapin; 18 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; 3 step sons and 1 step daughter, Darrell Pace, Barry Pace, Gerry Pace and Michelle Pace Lawhon;
She was predeceased by a son, Marshall Daniel Webb, Jr.
Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 p.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel with interment in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
The family will be at the home of her son, Brian Pace, 1520 Leesville Church Rd.
