Charles Steven Huffman

Charles Steven Huffman, age 78, of Clinton, SC, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at his home.
He was born April 13, 1945 in Waynesboro, NC, and was a son of the late Charles Wilson and Eva Marie Holland Huffman.
Steve was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served his country proudly during the Vietnam War. He was former employee of Dupont and a barber in Brevard, NC. He served as a volunteer fireman in Rosman, NC and Joanna, SC, and was a member of the Lewis E. Jackson Post 4309 of the VFW in Brevard.
Surviving is his wife: Mitzi Huffman; his son, Charles Alan Huffman (Dana) of Mebane, NC; his daughter, Kristina Huffman Lorenz (Jason) of Pisgah Forest, NC; his brother, Gerald Huffman of Carolina Beach, NC and his three grandchildren, Will Huffman, Raegan Lorenz and Zack Huffman.
A Graveside Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at 3:00PM, Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Crawford / Ray Memorial Gardens, 1 N Main St, Canton, NC 28716.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Laurens County Sheriff's Office, Christmas For Kids, P O Box 68, Laurens, SC 29360 or the Joanna Fire Department, P O Box 127, Joanna, SC 29351.
