Charles Norwood age 79, formerly of Joanna, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2012 in the NHC of Clinton.
He worked in textiles at Greenwood Mills and retired from Clinton Mills and then he worked for Cooper Motor Company.
Mr. Norwood was of the Holiness faith.
Surviving are his wife, Lillie Mary Lawson Norwood; a son, David and wife, Nancy Norwood of Joanna; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; two brothers and one sister.
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 16th at 2:00 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of his granddaughter, Crystal Teal at 306 Moorehead Street in Joanna.
