Charles Henry Bond
Charles Henry Bond, age 67, of 140 Poole Road died Saturday, April 21, 2007 at the Laurens County Hospital.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of the late William Charles and Sarah Fuller Bond.
Mr. Bond was retired from the Laurens County Tax Assessor’s Office and was a U.S. Navy veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Alma Jo Poole Bond of the home; two children, William Todd Bond and wife, Wallis of Columbia and Donna Bond Becker and husband, Mark of Greenville; grandchildren, Derrec Becker, Joseph Becker, Jennifer Becker and Charlie Bond; a sister, Roberta B. Sullivan of Longmont, CO.
He was predeceased by two brothers, S. Louis Bond and Harry W. Bond.
Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. in the Rosemont Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
