Charles Maxie Davis, Jr. age 48 of 86 Palmetto Street, died Thursday, December 9, 2010 at his home after a long illness.
He was born in Clinton and was the son of Charles Maxie Davis, Sr. and Linda Willard Davis of the home.
Mr. Davis was a member of The Lydia Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by an ex-wife, Allison Howard of Clinton; a son, Justin Davis of Clinton; a daughter, Holly Davis of Clinton; a brother, Williard Davis and wife, Dee Dee of Clinton; a niece-in-law, Crystal Coleman of Clinton; a nephew, Will Davis of Clinton, a great-nephew, Alaster Davis of Clinton, and a family pet Ginger.
A memorial service will be conducted Saturday, Dec. 11th at 11:00 a.m. in the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton.
