Charles Otho Johnson

Charles Otho Johnson, age 85 of Hwy. 56 died Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at the Presbyterian Home.
He was born in Clinton on Dec. 14, 1920 and was the son of the late Dr. Ralph W. Johnson, Sr. and Mayme Adair Johnson. Mr. Johnson was retired from C. W. Anderson Hoisery Co. and a life-long member of Broad Street United Methodist Church.
Mr. Johnson attended Presbyterian College and served with distinction in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He was a Shriner and was active in the Hejaz Temple.
He is survived by a half-sister, Anne Johnson Crowl and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Ralph W. Johnson, Jr. and Garrard Johnson.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday at Rosemont Cemetery conducted by Rev. Paul Frey.
