Charlie Force, Jr.

Charlie Force, Jr., age 79 of 406 Magnolia St., died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2006 in the Self Regional Healthcare.
He was born in Saluda and was a son of the late Charlie Force Sr. and Lillian Griffin Force.
He was retired from Greenwood Mills; was a member of First Baptist Church, a member of the Lions Club, and Loyal Order of Moose. He was a WW II Army Veteran.
Surviving are his wife, Louise Bridges Force of the home; two daughters, Donna Force Price of Newberry and June Force Oakes of Simpsonville; two sisters, Margie Morison of Newberry and Helen Humphries of Saluda, four grandsons, one granddaughter and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Oct. 6th at 11:00 a.m. in First Baptist Church of Joanna by Rev. Joe Baldwin with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
