Cheryl Dunaway, age 57, of 951 Poole Road died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 in the Greenville Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Aiken and was the daughter of the late Ithial W. and Willie Henderson Harvey. She was a graduate of Clinton High School and USC Upstate; a former employee of Laurens County Parole Agency and Laurens County School District 56 and a member of Northside Baptist Church in Laurens.
Surviving are her husband, Ernest L. Dunaway of the home, three sons, Robert Lee Dunaway of Cowpens, Frankie W. Dunaway of Laurens and Kevin Lee Dunaway of Aiken, a granddaughter, Taylor Leigh Ann Dunaway of the home, a daughter, Lenna D. Paige of Gray Court, sisters, Vickie Adams and Debi Butler both of Clinton. Also surviving are eight grandchildren, a special niece, Kim Morrow and other Nieces and Nephews.
Mrs. Dunaway was predeceased by a sister, Susan Shirley.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Nov. 22nd at 2:00 p.m. in Northside Baptist Church of Laurens by Rev. Ronnie Blackwell and Rev. Bret Powell with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens in Clinton.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home in Clinton.
