Chloe M. Anderson
Chloe McClure Anderson, age 85, died Sunday, June 7, 2009, at the Hospice House of Laurens County. She was predeceased by her husband, James E. Anderson, Sr.
Mrs. Anderson grew up in Thornwell Orphanage and was a member of the First Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, James E. Anderson, Jr. and his wife Peggy of Pendleton, E. Frank (Butch) Anderson of Greenwood, and John Thomas (Tommy) Anderson of Clinton; one daughter, Barbara Anderson of Atlanta, Georgia; a sister Blanche McCrary of Clinton and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by a daughter, JoAn Anderson Hatton and a grandson, Mike Hatton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, at the First Baptist Church of Clinton followed by a visitation at the church.
The Family would like to thank the staff of NHC of Clinton for their loving care and support during her stay.
