Clara Kuykendall

Clara Kuykendall, age 88 of 270 Kuykendall Dr. and widow of Clyde V. Kuykendall, died Wednesday, July 1, 2009 in the Hospice House of Laurens County.
She was born in Polk County, NC and was a daughter of the late Judson Tate and Mammie Barkley Richards.
She was retired from Clinton Mills and was a member of Bellview Baptist Church.
Surviving are three sons, Bruce Kuykendall, Roger Kuykendall and Carrol Kuykendall all of Clinton; one daughter, Faye Kuykendall Horne of Clinton; three brothers, Clarence Richards of Tryon, NC, Elliott Richards of Campobello and Cleo Richards of Morristown, NJ, eleven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 2:00 p.m. in Bellview Baptist Church with burial in Bellview Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gray Funeral Home.
