C.Wayne Jarvis

C. Wayne Jarvis, 90, of Spartanburg died Sunday, January 22, 2012 at White Oak Estates in Spartanburg.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Lee Pitts Jarvis of 61 years; three children, Michael Wayne Jarvis and wife Alee, Stanley Davis Jarvis, Jenny Jarvis Woods and husband Berry; five grandchildren, Russell W. Jarvis, Katherine M. Lane and husband Michael, Heather M. Jarvis, Jennifer C. Woods and Joseph W. Woods; and one great grandson, Benjamin R. Jarvis. He was a member of the Westminister Presbyterian Church.
A family memorial service will be held on Monday, January 23, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Gray Funeral Home in Clinton conducted by Reverend Dale Rawlings. Burial will follow at Rosemont Cemetery in Clinton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, 419 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29302. The family would like to thank the employees and staff at White Oak Estates for their love and support.
