Cyrus Elijah Moore, Jr. age 63 of 113 Tallwood Drive passed away at his home, Monday, April 29, 2019.
He was born in Margaretville, NY and was a son of the late Cyrus Elijah Moore, Sr. and the late Irene Lyons Moore.
He was a former mason in the brick and block industry and also worked as an aide in the nursing home industry. He enjoyed playing the guitar and played with Willie Nelson.
Surviving are his wife, Nanette A. Moore of the home; sons, David and Brian Choquette, Williamlee Moore and Cyrus Elijah Moore, Jr.; Anna Land, Cyrus Moore, Adam Moore and Cordy Moore; step-children, Cindy Bartlett, Branden Bartlett, Patricia Webb, sisters, Elaine Wilson and Valarie McCormick; brothers, Harold, David, Jim Moore and Earl Loard; seventeen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a sister, Harriett Moore.
A memorial service will be held Monday, May 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM the First Baptist Church of Clinton.
