Darrell “Dinky” A. Holder, age 52, of 122 N.Livingston St died Tuesday October 9th at the McCall Hospice House of Simpsonville, SC.
He was born in Laurens County and was the son of John and Catherine Holder of Hickory Tavern and Elizabeth Bonds.
Mr. Holder was a former employee of Clinton Mills and was a US Army Veteran.
Surviving are one brother, Robert Daniel Holder of Clinton, SC, two sisters Deborah H. Cummings of Hickory Tavern, SC, and Kathy H. Taylor of Charleston, SC, two nieces, one nephew, five great nieces and two great nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton. The family will receive friends at 3:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
The family greatly acknowledged the care given by the McCall Hospice House.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the McCall Hospice House of Simpsonville, 1836 W Georgia Road, Simpsonville, SC 29681.
