Darryl Wilson, age 64, husband of Damita Brown, passed away, Tuesday, October 31, 2023 at Prisma Health Hillcrest Hospital.
He was born October 3, 1959 in Cabarrus County, North Carolina and was the son of Carol Jean Douglas Wilson of Charlotte, NC and the late Theodore Wilson. Darryl was the owner and operator of D&D Painting for 15 years. He was a member of Chosen Generation Ministries.
He is survived by his four children, Danyel Wilson, Aja Wilson, Antoine Wilson and Darrian Wilson; his brother, Theodore Wilson, Jr.; his sister, Pam Mercer; and his six grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Chosen Generation Ministries.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Chosen Generation Ministries, 20615 US 76, Laurens, SC 29360.
Gray Funeral Home of Laurens is assisting the Wilson family with arrangements.
