David W. Gregory, Jr.

Mr. David W. Gregory, Jr., age 91, died August 7, 2020 at NHC-Clinton of natural causes. He was predeceased in death by his wife of 72 years, Alma S. Gregory.
Mr. Gregory was born February 6, 1929 to the late David W. Gregory, Sr. and Bernice Cook Gregory. He worked in textiles all his life and retired from J.P. Stevens, and he was Honorably Discharged from the South Carolina National Guard.
He is survived by his sons: Bruce (Candy) Gregory, Mike (Rhonda) Gregory, Bobby Dale Gregory, Jimmy (Denise) Gregory, his only daughter Lana (Ike) Bledsoe. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving cousin and best friend, Ernest Jennings.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the entire staff of Crescent Hospice of Union, SC and Home Instead Senior Care. Special thanks to Lisa Knight who devoted many years of loving care to Mr. Gregory.
A Private Burial will be Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the Whitmire Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Duncan officiating.
