David Erskine Crain

Dateline-Gray Court, SC
David E. Crain age 49, of 75 Glory Lane died Wednesday, September 5th at his home.
He was born in Laurens County and was a son of the late Robert and Ruby Norris Crain.
Mr. Crain was a retired employee of Stover Mechanical in Greenville and was member of the Welcome Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife, Linda “Lynn” Gibson Crain of the home; three sons, David Scott Crain and wife, Melissa, Bobby Daniel Crain and wife Kayla, Michael Paul Crain and wife Renea all of Laurens County; four grandchildren, Michael Anthony Crain, Marshall Landen Crain, Braylynn Kay Crain, Mya Ariana Crain; four brothers and one sister.
He was preceded in death by a grandchild, Shyann Makenzie Crain.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, Sept. 7th at 4:00 p.m. in the Welcome Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
