Delta Ann Vaughn

Delta Ann Vaughn, age 72, widow of Ray Vaughn, passed away, Saturday, May 18, 2024 at NHC Healthcare of Clinton.
She was born on July 22, 1951 in Newberry County, South Carolina and was the daughter of Jim Allen Wilbanks and Mary Grace Thrift Wilbanks. Delta loved to read angel, mystery and ghost novels. She also loved to watch those on TV as long as she was able. Delta was a faithful member of Fountain of Faith Baptist Church.
Delta is survived by her sons, Chris Vaughn and Jamie Vaughn (Kacie); her son she loved as her own, Charlie Harvey (Katie); her brothers, Ray Wilbanks, Wayne Boyter and J.B. Boyter; her grandchildren, Jordan Vaughn, Alex Vaughn and Julia Vaughn.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her brothers, Allen Wilbanks and Deanie Wilbanks.
Funeral Services will be held on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Fountain of Faith Baptist Church at 4:00 PM with Rev. Monty Osborne officiating. The family will greet friends from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow at The Griffin Family Cemetery.
