Dianne Dillard Hooks, 58 of 504 Chestnut St. died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2006.
She was raised in West Columbia and was a daughter of Margie Dillard of Leesville and the late Ensley Dillard.
She graduated Brookland-Cayce High School and attended Clemson University; was a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church and the Alter Guild. She was retired from Presbyterian College and was a devoted Mother and Grandmother.
Surviving are her husband, Bob Hooks of the home, two sons, Trey Holladay of Mauldin and Todd Hooks of Columbia; two daughters, Katina (Adam) Marshall of Clemson and Ann Marie (Jon) Pasek of Greenville and one sister, Pam (John) Dillard Aycock of Charlotte, NC.; four grandchildren, Eli Marshall, Tristan Marshall, Zeke Pasek and Noah Pasek.
A memorial service will be conducted Friday at 11:00 a.m. at Broad Street United Methodist Church.
The family will receive friends immediately after the service in the Cunningham Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.C. Humane Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SCHSPCA), P.O. Box 964, Laurens, SC 29360 (Designate as a memorial).
