Donald Houston May Sr.

Donald Houston May, Sr., age 76, widower of Connie Sue May, passed away, Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Don was born in Newberry, South Carolina and was the son of the late Ralph Houston and Mary Crumpton May. He retired from Torrington and in his spare time, he enjoyed cutting grass and wood, spending time in the mountains and looking for new cars. Most of all he loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his son, Hutch May (Sissy); his daughter, Tiffany Overstreet (Robbie); his grandchildren, Katelyn May (Justin), Brianna Bradley (Dustin), Michael Overstreet, Houston May, Ashley Overstreet; his only great-grandchild; and his sister, Frances Strand.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sisters, Nadine Faulker and Shirley Hallman.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 14, 2024 at Rosemont Cemetery at 2:00 PM with Rev. Mark Wilkes officiating. The family will greet friends at the graveside from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM.
