Donald Frank Nelson, age 76, passed away Sunday, September 13, 2015 at his home.
He was born in Laurens County and was the son of the late Walter Doc and Virginia Nelson.
Mr. Nelson was retired from Torrington and was of the Baptist Faith.
He is survived by his sons, Robert Nelson of Clinton and Barry Nelson of Bradley; his daughter, Melinda Dickson of Williamston; his brother, Curtis Nelson of Clinton; eleven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 2 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel of Clinton with burial in Rosemont Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 Pm at the Funeral Home.
The family will be at the home of his son, Robert Nelson, 672 Poole Road, Clinton, SC 29325.
