Donald Darrell Shue

Donald Darrell Shue, age 77, of 257 Skyland Drive, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, in the Hospice House of Laurens County.
He was born in Burlington, NC, and was a son of the late Carl and Ola Shue.
Mr. Shue had a Business Administration degree in Accounting from Elon University, and was a deacon, trustee, chairmen of the budget and finance committee, Signent Sunday School teacher, and a member of the choir of First Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Shue, of the home; two sons, Donald Darrell Shue, Jr., and Marcia, of Irmo, SC, and Gregory Ward Shue, and Holly, of Mount Holly, NC; and a daughter, Susan Cauble and Robert, of Clinton; and six grandchildren, Andrew Cauble, Megan Cauble, Sarah Cauble, Ellie Grace Cauble, Amber Shue, and Logan Shue.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Welker Shue, and C.E. “Kit” Shue, Jr; and four sisters, Louise Allen, Lillie Mae Shue, Ellen Woody, and Carolene White.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, April 18th, at 4:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Clinton, with burial in Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends in the fellowship hall before the service from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m.
