Donnie Ray Johnson

Donnie Ray Johnson, age 81, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at the Langston Square Assisted Living Facility in Clinton.
He was born May 2, 1942 in Honea Path, SC and was a son of the late Ansel Ray Johnson and the late Lila Gilmer Johnson. He worked at the Greenwood Mills Joanna Plant and attended Sharon United Methodist Church.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his siblings, Hugh Roy Johnson and Barbara Johnson of the home; his niece, Cullen Forest of Atlanta, GA; his two nephews, Carr Johnson of Hopewell Junction, NY and Cameron Johnson of Dahlonega, GA; and his sister-in-law, Kitty Johnson of Dunwoody, GA.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Mason Carodine Johnson.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 30, 2023 at 2 PM at the Gray Funeral Home Chapel in Clinton, with burial to take place at Pinelawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends prior to the service at the funeral home form 1 PM – 2 PM.
