Donnie Patterson Lyda

Donnie Patterson Lyda, of 1934 Milam Road, died Friday, April 26, 2013, at the Laurens County Hospice House.
She was born in Laurens County and was a daughter of Walter A. and Katherine Mitchell Patterson. Mrs. Lyda was a nurse and a member of Eastside Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Terry E. Lyda, of the home; a son, Christopher Lyda, and fiance, Adrienne Crowder, of Laurens; a brother, Walter A. Patterson, and wife, Ann, of Clinton; and a sister, Diane McPeeks, of Clinton.
Mrs. Lyda was predeceased by a sister, Betty Kay Patterson.
Funeral services will be held Monday, April 29th at 2:00 p.m. at Eastside Baptist Church, in Laurens, with burial at Pinelawn Memory Gardens, in Clinton. The family will receive friends Sunday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
