Dora Crisp Nelson

Dora Crisp Nelson, age 90 of 921 Hwy 66 and widow of Robert Samuel “Bo” Nelson died Thursday, December 17, 2009 in the Newberry Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Stecoah, NC and was a daughter of the late Rev. Oscar Crisp and Amanda Cable Crisp.
Mrs. Nelson was retired from J.P. Stevens and was a member of Central Avenue Baptist Church.
Surviving are her grandchildren, Robert F. Nelson, Jr. and wife, Nikki and Ben Nelson and wife, Heather, Jennifer Adams and husband Tony, Angela Siniard and nine great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son, Robert F. Nelson, Sr. and a daughter, Margaret Viola Nelson.
Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, Dec. 20th at 2:00 p.m. in the Whitmire Cemetery.
The body will be taken home where the family will receive friends at the residence, 921 Hwy 66 Whitmire, Saturday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
