Dorothy Workman Boland, age 93, of 409 Calvert Ave. and the widow of Dillard Epting Boland, died Monday, December 3, 2012 at her home.
She was born in Joanna and was a daughter of the late Ace Calvin Workman, Sr. and Josephine Workman. She was a graduate of Winthrop College and a member of Broad Street United Methodist Church.
Surviving are a son, Dillard E. Boland, Jr. and wife, Jennifer Strasburger of Bethesda, Maryland, a daughter, Barbara Connelly and husband, Joseph Connelly of Clinton, sister-in-law, Doris Workman of Clinton, grandchildren, Jason Joseph Connelly, Evansville, Indiana, Krista Dorothy Connelly, Granby, Mass., great-granddaughter, Lillian Elizabeth Connelly.
Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, Dec. 7th at 2:00 p.m. in Gray Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Rosemont Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Friday from 12 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family will be at the home of her daughter, 105 Fair Dr., Clinton, SC
