Dorothy K. Lanford, age 78, of 13013 Hwy. 56 North and widow of Harry M. Lanford died Sunday, June 25th in the Laurens County Hospital.
She was born in Goldville and was the daughter of the late Holland and Irene Kelley.
Mrs. Lanford was retired from Clinton Mills after 40 years of service, was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and was a beloved mother and friend.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Mary Lanford, grandson, Ben Lanford and his wife, Allison and great grandson, Gus Lanford; and grandson, Will Lanford all of Mountville; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Bingo Bragg of Laurens, granddaughter, Lisa Urbon and her husband, Johnny of Laurens and great granddaughter, Chloe Urbon; grandson, Jeff Bragg of Chicago, IL; daughter and son-in-law, Denise Lanford and husband Frank Gaddis of Clinton, grandson, David Prince of Mountville and granddaughter, Lauren Prince of Clinton, step grandsons, Michael Gaddis of Travelers Rest and Dalton Gaddis of Clinton; three sister, Ruby Boland and Sybil Marshall both from Joanna and Elsie Elkins in Rock Hill and one brother, Olin Kelley of Clinton.
Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Pinelawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends immediately after the service.
