She was born in Greenville, SC and was the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Bennett Smith.
She was a homemaker and member of Rosemont Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son and his wife, Harold N. and Michele Knighton of Joanna; a daughter and her husband, ReDonna K. and Terry Cooley of Waterloo; a sister, Mildred L. Tripp of Simpsonville and four grandchildren, Heather Knighton, Nicholas Knighton, Ashley E. Dear and Austin Lee Cooley.
A graveside service will be held, Friday, July 25th at 10:00 a.m. at the Rosemont Baptist Church Cemetery in Waterloo.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Dorothy McCall Fund, P.O. Box 125, Clinton, SC 29325.
