Eddie "Bo" Joe Hill

Eddie “Bo” Joe Hill, age 72, passed away Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at Prisma Health Laurens Memorial Hospital.

He was born August 02, 1952 in Laurens, South Carolina and was the son of the late Edward Joseph Hill and Eula Viola Reece Penland. Bo was an active member of Bellview Baptist Church.

Bo is survived by his brother, Ronnie Hill of Clinton; his step brother, Tommy Penland (Renee) of Cross Hill.

In addition to his parents, Bo is preceded in death by his brother, Dennis Hill; his sisters, Barbara Penland and Judy Faye Hunnicutt.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, March 29, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Bellview Baptist Church with Rev. Darren Rood officiating. The family will greet friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
